Haul Out Guide

Before You Arrive

• Confirm your scheduled arrival time and which lift well you'll be entering.
• Have dock lines and fenders ready.
• Ensure engines are operational.
• Secure loose gear on deck.
• Notify us of any steering or propulsion issues before arrival.

Getting to the Lift Well

Include your simplified basin map with:

• Direction of travel
• Lift well location
• Waiting area
• No-wake reminders
• Staff assistance location
• **CATAMARANS** (vessels 42' LOA or larger will enter the lift well STERN FIRST)

Arrival Instructions

• Idle at no-wake speed.
• Proceed to the designated waiting area.
• Wait for directions from our travel lift operator.
• Have bow and stern lines ready.
• Follow hand signals from marina staff.

Preparing Your Boat

• Remove loose items from decks.
• Close hatches and ports.
• Turn off unnecessary electronics.
• Ensure batteries are accessible if needed.
• Inform staff of any special lifting requirements.

Safety First

• Remain onboard only if instructed.
• Keep hands and feet clear of lift straps.
• Follow all staff directions.
• Keep guests and pets away from the haul-out area.

After the Haul-Out

• Meet with your service advisor if scheduled.
• Review requested work.
• Confirm contact information.
• Discuss storage or launch scheduling if applicable.
